The Estimated Delivery Date setting is ideal for stores that want to display expected delivery timelines, without requiring the customer to choose a specific delivery date during checkout.
Enable Estimated Delivery Date #
Let’s walk through how you can configure your store to show an estimated delivery range instead of a date picker.
- Go to Apps > Flexi Delivery & Pickup Date > Delivery Schedule.
- Click the Edit icon to update your desired delivery schedule.

- Navigate to the Date Settings section and turn on the Enable Delivery Date setting.

- Go to Delivery Checkout Options and choose ‘Estimated Delivery Date’.

- Enter the values in the Delivery Range field. For example, if you set Min Delivery Range 2 and Max Delivery Range as 5, the customer will see a message like: “Estimated delivery in 2–5 days.
- Click Save Settings.

Set Minimum Delivery Time to Adjust Shipping Estimates #
Right below the Delivery Checkout Options, you can set the Minimum Delivery Time (in hours) to allow for the necessary preparation time for delivery. This setting helps to calculate the estimated shipping date shown to customers.
Example:
Let’s say today is April 11, 2025, and you’ve set the Minimum Delivery Time to 48 hours.

Change the Estimated Delivery Text Appearance #
This field allows you to customize the message content shown to customers regarding when their order is expected to ship and how long delivery may take.
- Click on the Appearance tab from the top menu.
- Under Field Appearance tab, click on Field Appearance section.
- Look for the Estimated Delivery Date Text option. Here, you can modify the message that displays the estimated shipping date and delivery range.

- After customizing the text, click the Save Settings button to apply your changes.
